Your data does not leave your control
We work with open-weight models specifically so your data never has to cross into a third-party API. Deploy on your hardware, or on dedicated hardware assigned only to you.
Numbers we publish are numbers we ran
Throughput, latency, and cost claims come from benchmarks on the actual hardware and the actual workload. When something is an estimate, we say so.
No reseller incentives
We hold no partnership quotas and resell no one's platform. If the right answer is a hosted API, a smaller model, or no AI at all, that is the recommendation you get.

Scoped, measured, handed over
Four stages, each with a decision point. You can stop after any one of them and keep everything produced so far.
STAGE 01
Scope
We map the problem, the data, and the constraints — then tell you plainly whether AI is the right tool. Fixed, short, and useful even if the answer is no.
STAGE 02
Prove
A working prototype measured against your real data, with a benchmark you can reproduce. This is where most claims fall apart, so we do it early.
STAGE 03
Build
Production implementation — training, deployment, integration, and the operational tooling around it. Documented as we go, not afterward.
STAGE 04
Operate or hand over
We run it for you, or we train your team and leave. Both are supported, and the choice is yours to make at the end rather than the start.
